Consultancy appointment to world Bank:

Poverty mapping of Mandals of Andhra Pradesh was performed to select the poorest and most backward mandals for taking up development works. Socio-economic  data, land holdings, and per Capita data analysis was performed and submitted a list of backward mandals to the team.

Cadastral data management of watershed:

Special survey data superimposed on the watershed for analysis and social beneficiaries analysis and for MIS evaluation of the program.

Interpretation of High resolution satellite data for various layers like roads, survey boundaries, bus stop points.

High resolution satellite images rectification to TOPO sheets and extraction of roads and survey boundaries. Projection of the data in geographic and integration with other GIS like villages, water supply etc.

Watershed delination and mapping for Rural Development department, GoAP.

Delination of Watershed and micro watersheds to be taken up for treatment in different district of Andhra Pradesh.

Watershed evaluation and monitoring for Rural Development Department, GoAP.

Mapping of watersheds in GIS and regional analysis for social balance and monitoring of watersheds based on works done and expenditure spent. Evaluation of watersheds based on the results in ground water recharge, cultivated areas, fodder availability.

Municipal GIS for Mahabubnagar municipality ubder DfiD project:

Real Time flood mapping (Digital Image processing) during May 1990 cyclone in Guntur district, Andhra Pradesh. Demonstrated to the Honorable Prime Minister of India.

Mapping of cyclone effected areas from PAN and MSS satellite data and superimposing of administration layer for listing of inundated habitation and their access to road and evacuation measures suggested.

Remote Sensing perspective of Sriram Sagar Dam command area, a project for the irrigation department, Govt of India project. Reported to World Bank Team.

Setting up of GIS laboratory for Town & Country Planning, AC guards and  assist them in digitization, customisation and computerisation: 

A0 Digitizer, A0 Plotter, GIS software's Arcinfo, Arcview, Network Analysis and 3D  Analysis installed, trained and supported the staff for a period of 9 months.

GIS consultancy and training to the GIS managers for APRLP:

Trained the personal at AP Rural Livelihood Project in GIS. Watershed mapping,Watershed selection monitoring and evaluation in GIS, MIS and GIS integration for analysis, query developed.
